  Loco 48158.jpg - Number 48158 - 8F-A 2-8-0 - Photographed on 21st May 1962 Designed by William Stanier. Build in 1940 at Crewe for the LMS Railway. A total of 852 class 8Fs were built between 1935 and 1946 at numerous works thoughout the country ; they were designed for hauling heavy freight. It was shedded at Nottingham in 1948. Its last shed was Holbeck and withdrawn on 9th September 1967.
